Pearl Bank appoints Dorcas Kiwemba Balimukuubo as chief legal officer
Uganda’s state-owned Pearl Bank has appointed Steven Mwesige as its chief information security officer, confirming him in a role he had held in an acting capacity for a year. Mr Mwesige, who was confirmed in July, takes formal charge of protecting the lender’s systems and customer data.
