Central African Republic: International Court Convicts CAR Rebel Commander of Crimes Against Humanity
[RFI] The International Criminal Court has convicted former Seleka rebel commander Mahamat Said Abdel Kani of crimes against humanity for torturing and abusing prisoners in Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, more than a decade ago.
