Rain wreaks havoc as it moves west
Kanchanaburi: Heavy rain has triggered widespread flooding across Kanchanaburi, forcing more than 400 households to evacuate, disrupting power and communications and leaving a mother and daughter missing after their pickup truck was swept away by floodwaters.
