Rwanda: Ingabire Denies Links to Militias, 2019 Kinigi Attack
[New Times] Victoire Ingabire has denied allegations that she formed or was part of a criminal group operating under the P5, a militia coalition which carried out attacks against civilians in Kinigi Sector, Musanze District, in 2019.
