Forty dogs removed from cruel conditions in Latvia
The Food and Veterinary Service (PVD) in Dundaga has rescued more than 40 dogs that were being kept in cramped, unsuitable outdoor cages without proper care; some of the dogs were also severely emaciated. All the dogs will be taken to animal shelters.
