Australian Indigenous group appeals Fortescue mining compensation ruling, seeks $1.3 billion
MELBOURNE, Aug 26 - Australia's Yindjibarndi Indigenous group said on Wednesday it had lodged an appeal with the federal court over the amount of compensation awarded against Fortescue for mining on their lands without an agreement since 2012.
