Magnitude 4.5 quake hits Ilocos Norte
CALASIAO, Pangasinan – A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Solsona town in Ilocos Norte at 2:42 pm on Thursday, with a depth of 10 km, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). The earthquake was felt in parts of Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur Phivolcs measure
