Families of Canadian mining firm workers kidnapped in Mexico plan to file RCMP complaint
The families of the workers of a Canadian mining firm kidnapped earlier this year by a suspected cartel commando squad in the violence-torn Mexican state of Sinaloa plan to file an RCMP complaint against the Vancouver-based company, their lawyer says.
