Estonia: Russia responsible for arson attack on defense contractor Milrem
Based on ISS intelligence, there are grounds to state with full confidence that the arson attack on the Milrem building in Tallinn on August 15 was an act of sabotage commissioned by Russian special services, the government said in a press release.
