'Cannot be saved': Satterley's Perth Hills estate plan rejected
Controversial plans to develop a town site in a bushfire prone area in the Perth Hills have been stifled by Western Australia's administrative tribunal, which found the proposal was so fundamentally flawed that it could not be "saved".
