Enga Provincial government demands revocation of PPC Steven Harris transfer
The Enga Provincial Government (EPG) convened a special Assembly Meeting this morning, unanimously calling on the Police Commissioner David Manning to rescind his directive to transfer outgoing Provincial Police Commander Chief Superintendent Steven Harris to West New Britain Province.
