2 central HCMC roads to become one-way from Oct 10 for metro construction
Ho Chi Minh City will implement widespread traffic adjustments starting Oct. 10 as sections of Cach Mang Thang Tam and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai streets become one-way to accommodate metro construction.
