Msunduzi residents’ group challenges councillors to sign accountability manifesto
Msunduzi residents’ organisation MARRC has drawn up ward-level priorities and accountability measures, and invited councillor candidates to sign a community manifesto ahead of the 4 November 2026 local government elections.
