Teenagers are editing phone screens to bypass age checks
Minors in Estonia are using the state portal Eesti.ee to change their personal data in a web browser and thereby gain access to bars and clubs. The Information System Authority (RIA) is aware of the scheme but cannot do anything to stop it.
