Flights halted at several major U.S. airports, including New York's JFK and LaGuardia
The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) halted flights at busy East Coast airports in New York, Philadelphia and Boston on Monday, saying a fibre cable was accidentally cut at a construction site in New Jersey.
