Ukrainian Fuel Storage Facility in Hungary – Who Gets to Decide?
The recently disclosed information that MOL and the Ukrainian company Naftogaz had signed a memorandum of understanding caused quite a stir: they intend to examine whether a fuel storage facility for Ukrainian energy supplies could be built on Hungarian territory near the Hungarian-Ukrainian border.
