A 59-year-old woman from South Funen has been fined 200,000 DKK for irresponsible treatment of dogs and puppies. The Court in Svendborg also barred her from handling dogs in the future, with an exception allowing her to own and care for one dog. Authorities inspected the woman’s property five times
