Morning recap Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, has reiterated that talks with Oman and reopening of Hormuz were “two separate issues” and the two countries “may reach an outcome soon”. “The routes that existed previously are no longer functional, so a new route needs to be defined,” he said.
