Live: Guterres to open UN General Assembly for the last time as secretary-general
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will open the General Assembly in New York on Tuesday for the last time before his term ends on December 31. Guterres will be followed at the podium by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron.
