Thousands of Guanajuato residents and visitors will be looking upward from the historic city center Saturday night as acrobats and tightrope walkers perform at high altitude in a spectacular joint effort by Mexican and French circus personnel. The post Guanajuato will host a free outdoor Mexican-Fre
