US strikes oil tankers off coast of Iran
The US attacked four oil-carrying vessels in the Gulf of Oman and one in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran's Revolutionary Guard said it struck a US base in Jordan and ships trying to cross the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation.
