У Кремлі заявили, що не пов’язують домовленості щодо експорту російського дизельного пального до США та на світові ринки з позицією Москви на переговорах про мирне врегулювання війни в Україні. Про це сказав речник Кремля Дмитро Пєсков, пише російське пропагандистське агентство РИА Новости.
