Lithuania proposes special status for Ukrainian ammunition project
A project by Baltic Metal Foundry, the Lithuanian subsidiary of Ukrainian defence company Dnipro Electromechanical Plant (DEMZ), to manufacture ammunition and munitions components in Lithuania is being proposed for special status.
