Lithuania could restrict transit from Russia if plague threat confirmed – minister
Lithuania could restrict the transit of Russian citizens through the country if reports of pneumonic plague in Russia are confirmed and the disease poses a threat to Lithuania, Health Minister Linas Kukuraitis said Wednesday.
