ANC wins ConCourt battle with IEC — but 2,093 other candidates remain excluded
The Constitutional Court has ordered the IEC to include 181 ANC candidates on the ballot for the November 4 local government elections. ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula became emotional during a briefing and was taken for medical attention.
